At this stage, a series of steps must be followed to ensure that all parts of the project are completed and handed over to the project owners. 1- Determination of acceptance criteria: During the project delivery stage, a certain set of criteria is established for the project owners to accept the project. These criteria can be determined according to the aims, characteristics, cost and timing of the project.
2- Testing the project: Before accepting the project, all its systems and equipment are tested. Ensure that all structural components are functional and that acceptance criteria are met.
3- Preparation of documentation: A delivery document is prepared that includes the date the project was submitted, the names of the owners, and all the important documents regarding the acceptance of the project. These documents can be used as evidence in any legal situation.
4- Managing changes: Even at the final stage of the project, unexpected changes can occur. Therefore, all changes are managed and any changes are discussed with the project owners.
5- Maintaining communication: The communication with the project owners is maintained and it is checked frequently for any problems or errors. Answer all the questions of the project owners and the project delivery phase is completed properly.

Prepares Provisional and Final Acceptance plans, creates location-based determination-report-report formats to be used in these acceptances, submits them to the Employer's approval.
It forms the Provisional and Final Acceptance Committees together with the Employer, and accompanies the acceptance processes with engineers, architects and experts in the relevant disciplines.
In line with the formats approved by the employer and valid acceptance criteria, together with the commission to be formed, it carries out the acceptance inspections and determines the unsuitable productions gradually.
Keeps Provisional and Final Acceptance minutes, completes the deficiencies and nonconformities and concludes them.
It checks the final account to be prepared by the contractor and submits it to the employer's approval.
